  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound management, healing strategies, and prevention

  • Uphold the Total Wound Care mission by delivering compassionate, high-quality care — especially in underserved communities

  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license

Preferred:

  • Wound care certification (WCC, CWON, or CWS)

  • DrChrono EHR experience

  • Background in mobile or field-based clinical settings

  • Experience working with senior or underserved populations

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Continuing education and professional development support

  • The opportunity to deliver meaningful care that genuinely changes lives in the Fort Smith community
